1.The agreement
These terms are an agreement between Manito Appointments (“Manito”, “we”) and the business that creates an account (“you”). By creating an account, you accept them on behalf of that business.
Customers who book through a business’s booking page don’t need an account and don’t enter into this agreement. Their booking is with the business, not with us.
2.Your account and your team
- You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure.
- You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including what the team members you invite do.
- Owners and admins decide who has access and can remove team members at any time.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone has got into your account.
3.Plans and billing
- The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on our pricing.
- Premium is charged monthly for each team member, in advance, through our payment provider, Stripe.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Premium until the end of the month already paid for.
- Adding or removing team members part-way through a month is charged or credited for the days that remain.
- If we change a price, we’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.
4.Your data
Everything you put into Manito — your services, calendar, customers and their bookings — stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as set out in our privacy policy.
You’re responsible for having the right to keep your customers’ details and to send them reminders, and for answering their requests to see or delete them. Manito gives you the tools to do both.
5.Acceptable use
Don’t use Manito to:
- Send messages to people who haven’t agreed to hear from you, or anything that counts as spam.
- Break the law, or store content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.
- Try to get into another business’s data, test our security without permission, or overload the service.
- Resell the service or copy it.
If an account puts other businesses or their customers at risk, we may suspend it. Unless it’s urgent, we’ll contact you first and give you a chance to fix things.
6.Availability and changes
We work to keep Manito running and your data safe, but we can’t promise the service will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove something you rely on in a paid plan, we’ll tell you in advance.
7.Liability
Manito is provided as it is. We aren’t responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit or missed bookings, caused by the service being unavailable.
Our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
8.Closing your account
You can stop using Manito at any time. When a business asks us to close its account, we delete its data, apart from billing records the law requires us to keep.
9.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and its courts deal with any dispute. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
10.Contact us
A dedicated address for questions about these terms will be published here before Manito opens to the public.
If you booked with a business, contact the business directly: it can see, correct and delete your details itself.
